Is the new video a good sign? I feel like the new video that SDF just released is a bit of a double edged sword.

Obviously, if IM feels like they can release that footage in their current situation, they must not be too afraid of the whole legal situation right now, which is of course a great sign for them and all of us.

But then again, why do we get absolute radio silence if they feel "free" enough to release new footage of their development progress. If it came down to legal advice, surely their legal counsel would have advised them to not show any further progress as well?

Also, and I feel like this is the even bigger afterthought here, if EA was just around the corner, why release it anyways?

I hope this is not a "keep the hype up" video because they know they will have to spoon feed us content for quite some time now to keep us engaged until EA drops.
